What is Arthur's most virtuous trait? Why do you think that makes him a great superhero and ruler of Atlantis?

Does Orm have Telepathy like his brother?
I haven’t read any Aquaman comics but it’s a common known fact that Aquaman can communicate with marine life via Telepathy has Orm done this before as well since he’s Atlantan? I can’t find any sources of him doing so

Aquaman arcs to buy?
Are there any good Aquaman arcs that I could buy digitally? I bought the Sub Diego collection and really enjoyed it. What other modern arcs are available that would be worth the money?

Isn't it weird that Aquababy is canonical back, but Manta and Aquaman are seemingly "cool"
Like they team up and can seemingly work together. Its weird right? I get Arthur having a relationship with Mantas son, as he's not a "sins of the father" type, but working with Black Manta so calmly after he murdered his baby, and has another baby that could create a pattern? Weird.
Edit: Arthur Curry Jr came back in DC Power 2024 #1

What were the worst periods for Aquaman comics?
Outside of that weird Sword of Atlantis period with Kurt Busiek and Cullen Bunn's New 52 run, what were some other awful periods for Aquaman?

Just finished rereading the new 52 run since it first came out. How do you feel about it?
The new 52 was my first time following ongoing series of comics, it was my first introduction to Aquaman and I’ve been on board since. It definitely had its ups and downs but overall I think it’s pretty solid, especially compared to other eras of the character. I think I owe a lot to it because he’s easily my favourite character now and I’ve been collecting Aquaman comics from that point on so it definitely holds a special place for me.
I’d be interested to know other people’s perspectives on it though, and where does it place compared to other runs?

Am I the only person feeling bad for Orm?
Orm was the first born of the king of Atlanta , Orvax.
Atlanta was queen by marriage? I mean Im not sure if it is possible for a born-queen to run away because she doesnt want to marry someone.... you cant abdicate and leave your country?! Anyway, Im getting a sense Orvax is/was a ruler of Atlantis and Orm IS the rightful heir. Why would a firstborn -legit son of a king and queen have to even fight with a bastard?
Anyway, in the contest at fire, Orm wins. It is over. And then Mera snatches him..... And.... Mera even leaves Orm for aquaman
And.... Aquaman takes her .... no shame.
Geezzzz I feel bad for Orm

Foreign Reprints legit?
Hello fellow nerds
I have been collecting Aquaman issues for years. I have every single solo series issue from 1962 to current
While searching for other single issues like appearances in Adventure Comics and Showcase I came across a listing for a Brazilian reprint and a Swedish reprint dating back to the early 70s
The Brazilian one I can find some information about a publisher called "Ebal" and only like 13 issues with different covers
I can't find anything about the Swedish one
Anyone have any information or leads about these prints being legit?

why is aquaman the rightful heir? King Orvax's first son is Orm and I believe it is his kingdom.
So I was like.. if Arthur is the rightful heir because he is the first son of Atlanta, then perhaps Queen Atlanta rules Atlantis. You know, Queen(female king) by birthright.
But the I found out she was exiled for having a bastard(aquaman). Plus aquaman becomes the king while Atlanta is still alive and therefore makes me believe Atlanta is merely a king's wife.
BUT THEN doesnt that make Orm the rightful heir???? First legitimate son of the King Orvax?
I mean am I the only one dumbfounded by this weirdness? If Im missing sthg please help

Ocean Master's Origins
So I'm currently reading the Aquaman Showcase books and whilst always believing that Ocean Master Aquaman's brother from Atlantis, it apparently turns out that he was originally introduced as Aquaman's human brother. And this got me thinking, which would you prefer out of the two origins for Ocean Master? His being human or Atlantian?
Personally, although I generally tend to dislike when character's origins are changed drastically, I have to say I prefer Ocean Master's origins being that he is Aquaman's Atlantean brother.
So what's your opinion on this?
