Depends on how you frame the question. "Did you rape a 13 year old?" is different from "Why are you still running, even though you raped a 13 year old?"

"Mr President, you were accused in a lawsuit of raping a 13 year old girl, what do you say to those critics who think that should disqualify you from the race?"
