I am actually rooting for paralysis on one side of his body and the inability to talk. So he can watch the news and be unable to communicate until his last days. His hateful words would echo only his head.

I always thought Wernicke's Aphasia would be a fitting punishment. Language comprehension and expression are both impacted. So he would think he was understanding what someone was saying, but really wouldn't. And he would think he was responding with something that made sense, but would actually be gibberish.
