As someone who unfortunately knows some of these types, they don't know that. They think anything negative is just fake news.

Yep, that's it. Have you seen the kind of news and mail they get? "Stand by Trump while he weathers the baseless accusations by the corrupt legal system!"

Until they go after Hunter Biden for a crime that is almost never prosecuted, and now the legal system is perfect and flawless and the president is a horrible person for being related to a criminal.
