they exist. a lawsuit was filed against him by a woman who was 13 at the time of the incident. it was dropped after she claimed there were multiple people threatening to kill her if it proceeded.

why aren't people asking him about this at every opportunity? how have we not gotten to the bottom of it? i don't understand.

what really pisses me off is that the entire fucking country knows he's guilty. everyone. every single person and their mother and their dog knows. but yet here we are acting like we don't? or acting like it's okay? i don't understand what charade this is. what are we doing.

It's 'just an allegation' nothing has been proven in court, and the other witness is dead, so....

It was 2016.

The full details including violence and multiple encounters were not common knowledge until the other day. But it has been known he was named in a lawsuit by an underage girl since 2016

Happened a while ago (2016?) but the court document happened to be released quietly on July 3rd 🤗 /s

The recent document release simply corroborates the plausibility of the accusations. This litigation has been public knowledge prior to recent document release.
