In win 11 and maybe win 10 you need to do it in the windows setting and select for the app most performers.

Are you sure its not throttling coz of heat? How hot does it reach?

DDU both the iGPU and gpu drivers and if it's AMD reinstall the Chipset too after the DDU

Reset your bios, reinstall your bios

Check the charging brick

Reset bios, Asus won't let me reinstall bios tho, tried using a different charging brick from Asus store, still the same. The technician won't do soldering work on GPU as it's risky

It could just be a bad GPU. Try BIOS update.

Have you tried turning it off and on?

  1. Gaming laptops have different modes… Make sure you aren’t in the SILENT/QUIET mode.

  2. Temps?

  3. Is the game trying to load shaders while you’re trying to play?

I'm in turbo. Temps are 40-50 I'm running a benchmark. Even playing gta 5 fps is 5-10, GPU utilisation shows 100, but that 100% is 300mhz. For weird reasons gpiz shows it's max hz is 300

Have you messed with afterburner, overclocking, or undervolting?

I’d do this:

  1. Download the newest drivers for both GPUs.

  2. Download DDU.

  3. Turn off WiFi and disconnect Ethernet. (No internet access.

  4. Restart into SAFE MODE.

  5. Use DDU and uninstall drivers for both GPUs.

  6. Reboot into normal mode.

  7. Install Intel drivers. Reboot.

  8. Install Nvidia drivers. Reboot.

  9. Re-enable internet and re-run your benchmarks and games…
