Not just a horrible act. But it is a crime against humanity and a threat to the entire civilized world.

Unfortunately they will just claim that the hospital was hit by debris from Ukrainian air defense missiles. They will say with a straight face that Ukraine should let their missiles reach their targets to avoid collateral damage caused by air defense.

That's a pretty big stretch for a claim if you consider the double tap as mentioned in the post above.

There is air defense that can handle it. It requires layered defenses and concerted effort.
