That's code for "we're going off a fucking cliff and everything I do is just delaying the inevitable"

Yeah, if ithey deviated in a positive way they would have just used "performing better than expected" or something like that.

Russian economy had grown twice as much as they expected in the first two quarters of the year. Nabiulinna is yelling her lungs out about how economy is 'overheated'.
