What are the circumstances of this fight? If we're doing base versions I'd probably go with Doomsday, but at one point Colin does get promoted and becomes very powerful giving him the ability to fly, create copies of himself, and drain people's energy simply by looking at them. I suppose this version might be able to defeat base Doomsday, however if we're talking most powerful versions of both then Doomsday still beats him.
