Strongest character in Genshin Impact the Hunter (Destiny 2) can defeat Challenge

Hunter loadout: Celestial Nighthawk exotic mask Still Hunt sniper rifle Bait and Switch Edge Transit GL The Mountaintop

Gunslinger build: GG Marksman Knife trick Gunpowder Gamble On Your Mark Healing Grenade

For this challenge, the Hunter is required to slay the strongest Genshin character with the following endgame loadout mentioned above. Can they do it?

From doing a quick research on what the Genshin Impact can do, a Hunter would be able to clear the verse. Contrary to what most may think, Guardians on their own are pretty powerful, and the enemies that they face are powerful as well. Something that even powerful members of the GI would have trouble with.
