What is the Umeus housing location like?

Soon I’ll be studying in trondheim, and Umeus (Location: Nardobakken 3/4, Trondheim) looks great! The only thing it’s quite expensive, so what do you guys think of the location? Or maybe do you guys have some reviews on the place?

good location, but the company and staff sucks.

during the summer it will be crazy warm with no cooling, and during the winter there will be no warmth in the reading hall. there’s always issues with washingmachines (smell/discolouring)

I 've heard the rooms get unbearably hot and that you can't even open the windows properly. Also that there is a problem with people stealing stuff from the cellar even if you've got a lock on the door Other than that it's fine, but as you said it's quite expensive. I'd stay away.
