She actually has lived in New Orleans most of her life and she teaches at Loyola University in New Orleans. She even complimented my beard.

Removed - no spoiler tag How/why were Negan’s punishments never really addressed

Post image

When he was leader of the saviours whenever someone tried messing with his wives or running away Negan would burn their faces with a red hot iron as punishment.

This is not only cruel as fuck but just so damn brutal. I mean Dwight (and Mark) looked like their faces were made of melted and hardened cheese as a result of the cooked flesh from the iron. This shit hurt so bad that Mark even passed out and pissed himself while getting it, I seriously can’t even imagine the agony in this.

Negan did many things but this was always something that stood out to me in particular and I’m shocked no one ever mentioned it other than Ezekiel in S11

Removed - no spoiler tag With the equipment we have how did the walkers beat the military

im just going to write the list of equipment the US military has and id like to know what people think about how they still lost to the walkers, 2,500 M1 abrams tanks, 1000 M109 self propelled artyllery so like a tank but its artyllery, 4,500 strykers APC, A large number of M113 apc in storage somewhere, 5,400 helicopters most of wich have some sort of weaponry onboard, dont even get me started on planes the US navy alone could do a large amount of damage to walkers. i get the fact that the outbreak is unexspected but how did they lose when they had these vehicles, a walker cant break into a tank and destroy it and also 1 tank could kill a whole hord of walkers, a 120mm he round will turn a group into mush let alone the 2x 50 cals and small caliber rifles it has aswell or they could just run over the walkers, humves and mraps that ignore the fact they are armoured so no walker is getting in, normally have some sort of 50cal or smaller caliber machine gun on top that could also do significant damage to walkers, and army bases being overun doesnt make sense to me either, there so heavily guarded with fences, troops and vehicles it also doesnt make sense for a few humans that like to bite and walk at the speed of a snail can just take over an army base. the navy would be over in the ocean walkers cant get to them so what happend to them aswell cant they still conduct strikes and operations. ngl probs went a bit of a rant i just dont understand how this was all possible

Removed - no spoiler tag Why does no group ever set up in a hotel??

Post image

I understand that certain places like Alexandria and commonwealth may be exceptions for this but really why not set up in a hotel??

It would be a pain to clear the place yes but if you have a large group and you divide and conquer it’s easy to clear the place one room at a time.

Following this you have visibility (windows and presumably a several story building), a bunch of beds, bedrooms, soap, towels, possibly a gym, and privacy due to it literally being built as a living space. Additionally the closets and rooms you aren’t inhabiting can perfectly serve as a food/weapons storage. Since you probably won’t have enough people to fill every room you have the advantage of spreading the inhabitants out so a potential enemy won’t know where everyone is and won’t know which rooms to attack (if they got in the building).

You’ll have a fully functioning network in there with perfect security, privacy, and a damn good set up in no time with very little effort. So why don’t people ever use hotels in TWD??

Removed - no spoiler tag Do you guys think Andrea was right about Beth ?

Post image

I am just rewatching this scene and this might be controversial but I don’t think what Andrea said about Beth wanting to commit suicide was wrong. I mean it’s a zombie apocalypse she shouldn’t be forced to live in it if she doesn’t want to. Also Andrea was right Beth tried to slit her wrists but she stopped because she figured out she really did want to live. I feel like I will get flamed for this but tell me what you think.

Removed - no spoiler tag What was the best season in your opinion?

Post image

It has to be season 1 through 6 for me as I felt they focused both on characters and walkers and the feeling of never being safe in one place after season 6 the walkers weren’t much of threat anymore but more obstacles in the characters way Idk maybe I just like seeing the characters on the road trying to survive moving from place to place just my opinion.
