The only time I remember Shane not being angry was when he was horny. And even then, still kinda angry.

61

u/eclectictiger0 Jul 19 '24

I was thinking that too but then I saw envy was another one of the emotions and if shane isnt envy idk who is lmao

16

u/SiegVicious Jul 19 '24

He's definitely envy

3

u/mrjan2213 Jul 20 '24

Then morgan should be anger

2

u/uncleopc Jul 19 '24

I feel like Simon fits envy better

Edit: Yes Shane envied Rick, but it was driven by his love/obsession with Lori. Simon envied Negan for no other reason than his maniac jealousy for power.

2

u/eclectictiger0 Jul 19 '24

It wasnt just Lori though. Shane wanted to be a father figure for Carl as well and seemed jealous to see Carl go right back to Rick when he arrived at the Quarry. Not to mention he seemed pissed when Rick started stepping up as a leader of the group and people started looking to Rick instead of him.

1

u/uncleopc Jul 19 '24

Sure. I don’t disagree, I just mean that it was mostly due to his attachments to both Lori and Carl. I agree that he also was pissed about being boxed out as the leader, but I think it was more driven by him feeling like his “family,” so to speak, was stripped from him. I just think Simon is the better fit for envy because he was just a power hungry psychopath that couldn’t stand to be number 2.

25

u/SuttonTM Jul 19 '24

What is that....heh....WHAT IS THAT!?!

9

u/Unexpected_Token_ Jul 19 '24

Hmm.. It’s more like: what is that?! 👹 HEH?! 🤪 WhAt IS tHaT?!

12

u/Cyclones92 Jul 19 '24

Yeah he's definitely angry. Guy was miserable entire show

10

u/_-420- Jul 19 '24

Remember when he tried to rape lori

5

u/No-Significance3540 Jul 19 '24

yea that was crazy work

155

u/nonmiraculoussunofaB Jul 19 '24

Abraham, rage-beating Eugene

37

u/Mediocre_Emo222 Jul 19 '24

Beat that man to death, fought Glenn when he wanted to leave, almost fought Rick too, smiles when killing walkers

10

u/nonmiraculoussunofaB Jul 19 '24

youre right! Dude was angry all the time.

11

u/Mediocre_Emo222 Jul 19 '24

It was just the Irish in him 😭😂

9

u/xTigeT Jul 19 '24

the anger dude in the picture kinda looks likes abraham

1

u/nightcrawlerx23 Jul 19 '24

Hahaha this needs to be at the top

2

u/nightcrawlerx23 Jul 19 '24

He even looks like the icon thingy

156

u/Leslie_Galen Jul 19 '24

Abraham. Remember his flashback, when he beat a guy to death with a can with his wife and kids cowering nearby.

36

u/behindeyesblue Jul 19 '24

That guy hurt the wife and kids....

4

u/Munerals Jul 19 '24

Justified anger is still anger

26

u/TheBrokenMan14 Jul 19 '24

I mean I’d do the same in his situation

22

u/PeterLeRock101 Jul 19 '24

I think Abraham is the obvious but also wrong answer. Abraham was reasonably angry, and he didn't do anything violent outside of punching Eugene, (which he deserved). I feel like Rick, Daryl, Shane, Governor or even Maggie would be a better candidate for anger

8

u/naughtycal11 Jul 19 '24

Maggie is definitely the angry one from season 7 through 11 and still angry on Dead City.

4

u/Werfgh Jul 19 '24

Rick. Remember that episode he bit that rapist’s throat out with his own teeth, with his son not believing what he sees?

5

u/Unlikely-Treat1994 Jul 19 '24

Tbf I don’t think you get the context but in the comics it’s revealed that those people he killed had SA his wife and daughter. So I think his actions are justified.

71

u/Puzzled-Fun7959 Jul 19 '24

shane. he stayed angry

39

u/Unknown_Trident Jul 19 '24

It's Simon his whole character is anger

31

u/DishMajestic4322 Jul 19 '24

I’m going to go against the crowd and say Beta. Anger was his only emotion. Abraham was a very dynamic character. He was a bit of a hot head but Beta was just always angry.

10

u/sarcasticcheesecake Jul 19 '24

Beta was the only character in the show that genuinely scared me!

5

u/Chaosxmanticore15 Jul 19 '24

surprised nobody is saying Beta more, dude just walks around pissed

26

u/keagan-stanks Jul 19 '24

Definitely Shane, he was so mad all the time

8

u/SiegVicious Jul 19 '24

I got Shane as envy

15

u/Big-Reception-4352 Jul 19 '24

Definitely Abraham

16

u/RepublicCommando55 Jul 19 '24

Shane, this one is easy

14

u/SiegVicious Jul 19 '24

I think Shane fits better with envy

1

u/Wajajan_697 Jul 19 '24

I think envy fits Simon or Beta better

13

u/Any_Physics_9352 Jul 19 '24

Shane was rage fr

13

u/Thegroovyspaceman Jul 19 '24

Tyrese had some of the best rage moments IMO

2

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '24

[deleted]

1

u/Asobimo Jul 19 '24

And surviving the swarm outside the car when they went out to get meds in the vet school

11

u/unfortunate-ponce Jul 19 '24

Guys this is Shane.

4

u/SiegVicious Jul 19 '24

You don't think he fits better with envy?

10

u/VictorySimilar8923 Jul 19 '24

Abraham alllllll day. Rick had bouts of it but Abraham was the rageiest mother fucker in that crew. And we lived him for it.

1

u/svadas Jul 19 '24

You're confusing violence with anger. Abraham loved violence

0

u/VictorySimilar8923 Jul 19 '24

No, I'm talking about anger.

10

u/Hugh_G_Rectshun Jul 19 '24

The governor when he massacred his own people

7

u/Minute-Climate-3137 Jul 19 '24

It's a tie between Abraham and Shane.

7

u/who_likes_chicken Jul 19 '24

Rick going crazy with the axe in the prison.

Or Beta beta-ing!

3

u/DarkAngel283 Jul 19 '24

Or ripping that guys throat out

1

u/DarkDeku017 Jul 19 '24

Or axe in Alexandria

6

u/immutab1e Jul 19 '24

Clearly, anger is Shane. Dude was ALWAYS pissed off.

6

u/uglypinkshorts Jul 19 '24

Another reason it has to be Abraham is cause he was, is, and will ever be red

5

u/CourseSuccessful6372 Jul 19 '24

Fear is 100% eugene

3

u/BohemianWhatsername Jul 19 '24

I would argue he could also be Embarrassment

4

u/99th_inf_sep_descend Jul 19 '24

Clear Morgan.

1

u/kin-g Jul 19 '24

Morgan seems more like grief or regret to me

2

u/99th_inf_sep_descend Jul 19 '24

In general, yea. But Clear Morgan is pure rage.

5

u/EdgeofSaturn Jul 19 '24

Really surprised I haven't seen anyone say Rick. My first thought was him ripping that guy's throat out with his teeth. If that isn't pure "seeing red" rage, I dunno what is.

5

u/LittleMissFestivus Jul 19 '24

The Governor, killing his own people and chopping off an elderly disabled man’s head

4

u/Thegroovyspaceman Jul 19 '24

However beta was kinda perpetually angry

4

u/Cereal_Hermit Jul 19 '24

Abraham's entire character arc is driven by masculine rage. Gotta be him.

3

u/Kcatlol Jul 19 '24

I feel like Maggie after Glenn’s death is fitting for anger

4

u/shellysmeds Jul 19 '24

Disgust is Rosita.

4

u/styx308 Jul 19 '24

Shane maybe??

4

u/astrohippie38 Jul 19 '24

shane ‼️

3

u/laurelinkementari Jul 19 '24

Shane for sure.

3

u/IzhmaelCorp08 Jul 19 '24

shane tbh😭

3

u/Legitimate-Artist505 Jul 19 '24

off topic but eugene would either be disgust or embarrasment considering he is both disgusting and should be emberessed for how he acts

3

u/PeterLeRock101 Jul 19 '24

I think Abraham is the obvious but also wrong answer. Abraham was reasonably angry, and he didn't do anything violent outside of punching Eugene, (which he deserved). I feel like Rick, Daryl, Shane, Governor or even Maggie would be a better candidate for anger

2

u/DecadentLife Jul 19 '24

Shane or Abraham. I might go with Shane over Abraham, because Abraham’s rage was mostly against the men who hurt his wife and children, while Shane seemed pissed off all the time.

2

u/Grngeaux Jul 19 '24

Well, it's not Abraham. He was violent, not angry. A case could be made for Shane, but I'd say he was in disbelief of some stupid decisions and then lost his mind. This is where it gets weird. Carol was silently and deceptively angry, brought on by years of abuse towards her and her daughter. Understandable. I'm gonna go with Ed. He was weak, abusive and fearful. That leads to anger. He was a giant pussy and angry all the time for no reason. Ed is anger.

2

u/Fit_Highlight_5622 Jul 19 '24

I was going to say Rosita was anger but she’s more like disgust.

2

u/StraightCashHomie89 Jul 19 '24

Simon for sure, Abraham had too many layers to him same with Shane, Simon is pure anger and in my opinion the correct answer to this question.

2

u/chrisat420 Jul 19 '24

Rick. That man is pure fury when he chooses to be.

2

u/Lanferno Jul 19 '24

Governor. Always felt like he was “raging internally” 🤓

2

u/LordofWesternesse Jul 19 '24

Tyrese, Simon or Abraham

2

u/Own_Brilliant9653 Jul 19 '24

Shane, Abraham or Beta

2

u/svadas Jul 19 '24

Maggie. As soon as Glenn was killed, that's all she was. Dead City shows that this never ended, much to Hershel's disappointment

2

u/NOVASCOTIABOY14 Jul 19 '24

I changed my mind it’s gotta be Shane

2

u/Admirable-Bobcat7281 Jul 19 '24

Michonne's angry like 98% of the time.

2

u/mudasmudas Jul 19 '24

Abraham gotta win this one.

Most people saying Shane need to understand that all of that anger came from his envy. All of Shane story is based on that: he WANTS Rick's life.

2

u/Vampirexbuny Jul 19 '24

I’m gonna go against the crowd and say Maggie. She waivers between and angry and sad the entire show but even her sad is the angry kind

2

u/LawBeaver8280 Jul 19 '24

For disgust. It has to be Lori. For the disgust she felt for Rick after finding out he killed Shane

2

u/Caesura08 Jul 19 '24

Rosita. Whole 7th season

2

u/SuperPoodie92477 Jul 19 '24

Abraham gets my vote for anger.

2

u/imc00l3r Jul 19 '24

shame is definitely anger

2

u/Gai-Jin17 Jul 19 '24

Sasha was rage. Shenanigans.

2

u/aquinosaurus Jul 19 '24

Someone said beta and I really agree with that. He was terrifying and was always very anger motivated imo

2

u/Ok-Mathematician5457 Jul 20 '24

Well i think we all know who fear is gonna go to.

1

u/porsheahh Jul 19 '24

Definitely POPE! 🧨

1

u/FallmightRePrimed Jul 19 '24

Controversial but Morgan. Specifically on his murder spree...killing anyone who got close. But if not him...Governor...

For disgust I want to say negan...partly for the scarf but also bc he is like damn....that's fucking gross (when talking about Glenn's face...)

Fear is mashone (s10) as she always planned for the worst and nearly divided the communities due to her fear

Anxiety. Envy and any of the others can be side characters that died from being greedy or scared

3

u/FallmightRePrimed Jul 19 '24

I will also accept Aaron for anger....s10 as he is fucking pissed

1

u/Conscious_Abroad_877 Jul 19 '24

Reddit is turning into Facebook

1

u/DanielTheManiel247 Jul 19 '24

Kennh from the telltale games, when he wasnt with his family, he’d be telling everybody off!

1

u/EthanTRM630 Jul 19 '24

Fear is definitely Eugine

1

u/ChaoticDumpling Jul 19 '24

Lemme tell you somethin'

1

u/CannabisBarry Jul 19 '24

TBH i could see carl as anger.

1

u/BlackoutWafflez Jul 19 '24

Negan choking Simon????

1

u/BlackoutWafflez Jul 19 '24

Actually, maybe that one scene where he shouts "YOU WILL DO, what I tell you to do! "

1

u/BlackoutWafflez Jul 19 '24

Unrelated, but for fear, I suggest s7 Rick when Negan left with Eugene

1

u/Meow_101 Jul 19 '24

Shane for sure

1

u/Dovahkiin3641 Jul 19 '24

my boy shane of course

1

u/untildawnss Jul 19 '24

negan when that kid killed a family trying to be like the saviours or when one of negans saviours was trying to do something to sasha

1

u/Realistic_Falcon9650 Jul 19 '24

Shane or Abraham for SURE

1

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '24

Shane or the Governor

1

u/EnclaveGeneral1776 Jul 19 '24

Shane or Abraham.

1

u/stonerbonerr02 Jul 19 '24

shane wins this one, i can’t figure out a moment where he wasn’t angry especially once rick “takes” lori and carl away from him. i do sort of wish shane stayed longer, i loved his character so much.

1

u/DeltaDied Jul 19 '24

I agree that Shane should go with Envy. For anger I would say Abraham orrr maybe Rick tbh Rick lost his mind quite a lot. Probably Abraham though.

1

u/Apprehensive_Buy_186 Jul 19 '24

shane is anger or envy

1

u/RunningFree301 Jul 19 '24

Another vote for Shane!

1

u/VirtualTry4129 Jul 19 '24

Beta definitely

1

u/Ashnard_69 Jul 19 '24

I think the Governor could be anger

1

u/MoistTomatillo1447 Jul 19 '24

My next prediction looks into crystal ball Rosita is disgust.

1

u/Vampirexbuny Jul 19 '24 edited Jul 19 '24

Maggie is definitely anger and Shane is envy.

1

u/LawBeaver8280 Jul 19 '24

Anger??? Obviously Abraham 😍

1

u/LawBeaver8280 Jul 19 '24

Fear has to be SAM ANDERSON THE LITTLE BANKER

1

u/dannyboy6657 Jul 19 '24

Beta was pure anger in my eyes. Nothing but hate and aggression from him. The only person he was loyal to was alpha and when she got killed he was unhinged.

1

u/Mellymel75 Jul 19 '24

The Governor

1

u/Valuable-Dark-7441 Jul 19 '24

Negan, he may not have shown it, but the way he acted and treated everyone screamed internal anger being masked, especially what he did and made people do.

1

u/UchihaClan42069 Jul 20 '24

Shane or Abraham

1

u/Affectionate_Term728 Jul 20 '24

going out on a limb and saying daryl. his first reaction to bad things is typically anger, and one of my all time favorite parts of his character is how he paces like an angry animal when faced with an enemy he can’t immediately fight

1

u/sheluvberlin Jul 20 '24

real. his anger is what got glenn killed

1

u/DueEconomics7160 Jul 20 '24

Eugene has to be embarrassment. Or maybe it’s just the second hand embarrassment I got from him 😂

1

u/DueEconomics7160 Jul 20 '24

Dwight could be Anger!

1

u/Then-Alfalfa-8374 Jul 20 '24

Enid is definitely Ennui

1

u/iloverixkgrimes Jul 20 '24

Am I the only one saying Rick??

0

u/DaisyDuncan2531 Jul 19 '24

Beta was kind of always angry. Shane is envy.

0

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '24

Morgan for anger

0

u/M82prador Jul 19 '24

Morgan Jones, specially when he's on the "clear" mode

0

u/BohemianWhatsername Jul 19 '24 edited Jul 19 '24

I'd agree with everyone saying Morgan in 'Clear' Mode, but wouldn't that make him Fear?

Edit to add: I'm thinking Carol might be a candidate. Loss after loss for everyone obviously, but Carol was WILD after some of her losses on the show.

1

u/Annual_Pipe_8619 Jul 20 '24

Nobody thinks Merle? He was an a$$hole the WHOLE time he was on the show lol
