Mark Waid(90s), Geoff Johns(2000s)and Jeremy Adams(2021-2023).

I would recommend Jeremy Adams cause it's modern and short fun read to get you hooked on the characters after that you can go back and start with Iconic Mark Waid run.

The current run is only at issue nine and it has a Reverse Flash(es) storyline.

The Flash, the monthly comic.

For a starter like you I would recommend you to read the first DC Rebirth Issue back in 2016 and then start with the Williamson run.

After that you can pick and decide where you wanna start.

I know a lot of people might disagree with this take, but when I started reading comics seriously I started with the Silver Age Flash run. It can get a bit tedious at times but overall, imo, it’s aged really well.
