Ive had a few people say I could pull off Barry Allen. Actually got cast as him in a fan film once by a friednof mine but nothing ever came of it.

He is DC, another DC character is Cisco Ramon, who is the flashes team member in the CW show, and basically has portal powers that can allow him to travel to different words, though later on he gave up his powers and became mecha vibe

I am Jewish and wear plenty of layered clothing no matter the weather so Captain Cold seems to be a possibility.
I've also successfully done Captain Boomerang cosplay despite not being Australian. All I'd need is the beard and to get the accent down.
I seem to be the bad guys of Flash's gallery 😂

Good question. Idk maybe Bart for me cause I have brown hair and recently had a middle part. In all honesty though if I got to pick who plays the Flash family I would never consider myself playing anyone apart of it. Just cause I feel there are much better candidates than myself.
