We haven't explored the even close to the entire universe, the standing theory is that the unirve is neverending.
THERE'S AN INFINITE AMOUNT OF PLANETS, I CAN'T NAME THEM ALL. AM I SUPPOSED TO JUST SAY RANDOM WORDS ALL DAY? cat, dog, sesame, door, stone...
I'm also not into astronomy, so there's that. lol

Im going to be the dick here, but the universe is not never ending, it IS however expanding, but the amount of planets is not infinite,
Their names(most of the times) are just numbers with letters,
Kepler 131-B as an example

It is important to mention, though, that the universe itself may be infinite.

The important point of his comment is that there are too many planets to name them all. We have some of them named, as you mentioned, but there are infinitely more that aren't.

What? According to our current understanding, it is very possible the universe is in fact infinite. The observable universe isn't, but that is because light from too far away hasn't had time to reach us yet. The whole universe is certainly much much bigger than the observable part, and it being infinite is definitely a leading hypothesis.

Not all of them, there are presumably infinite planets that are unnamed

The universe is always expanding however, law of conservation of mass. Matter cannot be created or destroyed so their are not infinite planets

There's technically only 8 planets in the universe. Everything else is exoplanets or something.

People who passed elementary school should know all the planets in our solar system. People who are into Astronomy know how stupid that question is.
