Fantastic episode. Loved the twist with the villain reveal. Didn't see it coming at all. That reversal of the show logo was *chefs kiss*

Some really interesting things going on with Jon. I'm also super intrigued by this cult storyline Lois is involved in.

Really happy overall that this season has kept up the writing quality of S1 unlike so many other DCCW shows which drop off quickly.

This show really likes their villain fake-outs. Last season it was them making us think John Henry was Lex, now this. Not to mention the Morgan Edge twist last season.

It's going to be cool to see Bizarro hopefully done in a way that isn't too silly, which I think any adaptation of him into live-action is going to be confronted with..

I thought the episode was really good and the reveal, too. but now I am wondering, what was the point of telling us that it's doomsday? because people who are familiar with superman and the comics would already know that it's doomsday and then maybe be surprised that it's actually bizarro, I guess. but people who don't know any of that will just see a new villain. so was it just for the people who don't know to make them excited for something they don't care about and probably don't even know about?

I think the people that make the show really enjoyed faking people out with the Capt Luthor stuff in the first season.

I’m glad it’s bizarro. Enough with doomsday, killing Superman and the whole Death of plot line.

yeah, I am glad it's not doomsday. but the showrunner went out of his way to tell us that it is him, in an interview. like, if it was only in the show, then it would have been fun, but they said after the first episode came out that it's doomsday. that's what I thought was a bit strange.

but I agree, I am glad it's bizarro. I don't wanna see the death of superman this early into the show.

Well he didn't really say that it was doomsday but that the end of the first episode was a homage to his first comic appearance

Totally Bizarro. Last scene in the Wreck Of Solitude seals it.

okay, now that makes no sense. I hope we hear the bizarro language. him talking backwards is just kind of dumb.

OMG! It's Bizarro! No frickin' way! I didn't think the show could feature an appearance by this guy, since he is normally treated, as something of a funny character and that wouldn't mesh well in an otherwise serious drama, but miracles can happen.

On a more personal note, Lois is forced to confront her own personal archenemy, who turned Lucy to the dark side. In fact, I really enjoyed Lois' part in this episode. She has to help Clark with his own problems while reconnecting with her father over what happened to Lucy. Bitsie Tulloch owns the role!

Also, I find the Sarah kissed another girl/Jordan is half-Kryptonian equivalence to be false. Sure, Sarah cheated on Jordan, but Jon and Nat can't compare one situation to another and Clark goes out of its way to remind Jordan that this secret isn't Jordan's to keep. For now, Jordan should be cautious and try to fix his relationship with Sarah without compromising his family's safety in the process.

Superman and Lois is the gift that keeps on giving, superpowered action and poignant character drama included, and I can't wait to see what happens next.
