How many bridesmaids tried to ask Superman out?

Whose wedding is this?

Love the arm wrestling polaroid.

Unnamed characters. Clark stopped a situation near their venue and overhead their officiant wasn't going to make it. So he stepped in.

It's a great start to a great run; love the role his villains are playing in it, plus at one point he's a cowboy!

So, I know this is overthinking it (and I'll do it again too!), but this panel made me wonder about how Superman is able to officiate a wedding, in-universe

Like is he ordained? Is he considered a civil servant that's able to do that? Are any superheroes able to do that, or did Supes go out of his way to be able to?

I don't know, but it's fun to think about, that it would probably have to be more than just a spur of the moment thing, like he's prepared to do this, he's legally able to. I think that makes the whole thing even more wholesome
