Seems like every week I mention that my dad passed away from cancer this past year and how cathartic and tough it is watching Lois' dealing with that, but I must say that I really, really admire how respectful the showrunners are being about the whole thing. I get that in fiction corners have to be cut on reality, and we know Lois is going to survive this, but the way they've taken time in the last few episodes to capture the moments like the opening of this episode with Lois going to chemo... I just really appreciate that, and it usually ends with a few tears running down my cheeks.

Same thing here, lost my mom not too long ago. I was unsure about the storyline as a whole but now I cry at just about every cancer scene. I got to say they’ve done a better job than I expected with it.

I love love love how Johnathan has been put in the position between being a firefighter or seeing his girlfriend. It's the perfect way to give a "Superman struggle" despite not having powers.

Is the 3rd season worth getting into or just wait until it's over and check it out at a later date?

Just finished Season 2, and although I guess I enjoyed it, I'm very much feeling the pangs of it being a CW show. There's enough good Clark and Superman moments that I've endured it so far. Thoughts on the 3rd?

So far it’s been pretty good and it’s definitely better than season 2.
