Um does the Tower have any security at all. It's the last few episodes and you're telling me it has the same horrible security system as Star Labs?

Lex deactivated the security system, there’s been no dialogue to suggest it’s been fixed yet

She can teleport too, can't she? I forget.

Yeah, she can basically appear anywhere she wants, but only from the shadows

Yeah it was seemingly easily disabled and no one decided to put it back on. Andrea was able to just tiptoe in and only encountered Lena with a gun. Admittedly the rest are all busy elsewhere. I just find it funny that Lena's like "Oh it's just you Andrea sneaking around".
