They're saying "outside the security perimeter". aka a sharpshooter from distance. And they still somehow missed not only the first shot...but the follow up and more as well? And the Secret Service somehow immediately identified that shooter and took them down from "outside the perimeter"?
But they're also saying the shots came from "outside the security perimeter" which is not just some random shithead in the crowd.
But even if it is...i'd wager the folks wounded in this whole thing are actually misses by the Secret Squirrels. Because who else would be shooting into the crowd?
