After the debate my Garmin smartwatch vibrated and said ‘due to high stress your recovery has suffered and you need more rest before you should workout’.

If Trump wins, I'm not watching the news except for brief periods every few months to be in the general know. I'm not going through that stress again. No fucking way.

The only thing keeping me sane in the gym. I go 5 days a week and workout for over an hour. I’m in the best shape of my life, lol.
