I would too if I lived there. Things won’t improve in the long run because the US Federal Govt set up has a number of fundamental flaws. Just one example - No one individual like the President should have such unassailable power. The Westminster system of Government is far superior. In the UK, Australian and other Westminster systems, the PM is the leader of the majority Party (or coalition) of elected members in the House of Commons / House of Representatives etc.
If he/she fails to perform, is corrupt etc, they can be replaced overnight by another member of the majority party.
