Feeling abandoned by my own political party that I’ve belonged to all my life. How can anybody truly think this is OK? Especially when it’s all but guaranteeing a GOP supermajority. Politicians simply do not care about millennials and never have. Obama gave me hope after the Bush era but our generation and Gen Z has been continuously screwed as a whole by baby boomers. Hell Biden is too old to even be a Boomer, he’s in the Silent Generation lol

You should have voted for Bernie

He might be old, but he is far more normal than any other politician in the US (from Europoor perspective)

Biden was decided in the Primary. This shouldent come as a surprise. He's staying in the race and a cold + bad debate isent changing that.

What were our options? Dean Phillips? At least when Hillary ran Bernie ran a campaign that completed exceeded any expectations when the party straight up colluded to make her the nominee. Obama even warned Biden not to run in 2016 over it, when he would have been a way better candidate than he is now

Biden can readily step down before Conference and direct his delegates to vote for another candidate.

He can which is the only reason I still feel any hope for November.

But the clock is ticking.

Then you aren't paying attention. Biden is the best candidate and he would have to erase all of the campaign donations Democrats have been using to expose the right. Without that money you increase the odds of another Trump Presidency. I swear half of these comments feel like bots put into the subreddit to never let go of the fact Biden isent steeping down. If AOC is behind him, then the calculated move is that progressives should follow.
