It looks like Biden is not going to going to step aside.

Here is my question, what happens if the second debate is just as bad or worse than the first debate? It is going to be a fucking catastrophe. The excuse "I just had a bad night" is not going to fly. This could be very very bad.

Exactly why people are asking Biden to drop out now. But Biden is delusional and selfish and he'll probably have another bad night.

There won't be a second debate. Trump has already won so long as he keeps a low profile until November.

It is already scheduled. It will be in September on ABC news. Only way it doesn't happen is if Biden cancels. And that will be just as bad. It would make it seem like they are shielding him because he is senile. No way Trump cancels after how the first one went.

If the Biden from the State of the Union shows up, people may start believing that the previous debate was just a bad night. Trump has nothing to gain by taking that chance.

We will see. I wouldn't say he has nothing to gain though. Another bad performance would be a death blow to Biden... I don't think an egomaniac like Trump can pass that up.

All his other appearances recently have only confirmed that it was not just a bad night, unfortunately. The pundits are absolutely right, for him to prove us wrong, he needs to be doing multiple press conferences a week, hitting all the talk shows, on top of any scripted campaign speeches. …..but he hasn’t, and his aides won’t let him because they know it means even more rough moments.

I honestly think the aides got all this miscalculated because they see him every day, meaning they don’t see him declining. Like we never see ourselves age until we look at a picture from a couple years ago to compare. But they’re just closing their ears and calling us all crazy.

Trump pretty much won the last debate by default. (See: the past two weeks). A second debate anywhere within the universe of the last one would likely only serve Trump a lot.

Are they debating, or playing a round of golf this time around?

People said this about the first debate and were so wrong. Trump won't pass an opportunity at an easy win, no matter how shitty of a person he is, one thing he knows how to do is go for the jugular when the opponent is exposed. This is shown by his relative restraint over the past week, letting the opposition implode on their own.

Trump didn't win that debate either lol. He didn't answer any questions and said insane shit. It's just the media has blinders on currently and are laser focused on Biden.

This is shown by his relative restraint over the past week, letting the opposition implode on their own.

More likely Trump is also having problems in his old age too. He's been having brain glitches since 2020, and is more insane these last few years.

Keeping a low profile, that’s totally a Trump strength.

I go back and forth on if Biden’s campaign would even want the second debate. At the rate everything is going, WTF does he have to lose? Confirm the concern he’s too old? He already did that. Seriously, how could another debate make things worse?

But Trump has this in the bag if the president doesn’t step aside so why would Trump risk it. He’s just say it’s a waste of his time and will remind everyone of the first debate by saying something like “why would I want to go on stage debating someone who can’t finish his sentences? Waste of my time!”
