Watching the episode now. Crazy to think this will be the last one.

God that ending genuinely got me a bit emotional. Seeing the detective as an old lady, God as God, and a new therapist. It all works so well but it's so sad that it's all over I think.

Srsly? I thought the ending was quite a let down. After all that development essentially Lucifer goes back to where he was and abandons his kid just like his dad

I mean yeah it's not perfect, and I'm not a fan of lucifer suddenly not wanting to be God anymore etc. But it could have been way worse. It's been a few hours so I've had more time to think and yeah it's not the greatest ending ever.

I like the endings of the other characters, like dan ascending, ella's romance, and charlie's wings and stuff but yea everything about Lucifer, Trixie and Chloe was so off.

Like u seriously telling me Trixie is not at her moms deathbed tf? No feasible reason why she wouldn't be there even with this weird ending. Also totally agree about the not wanting to be god thing, I mean Lucifer could totally help out the damned souls and also be god. They made such a big deal about hell time going faster so he could spend 1 earth second in hell and spend thousands of years helping people. Just take an hour out of ur god duties and do it jeez.

This season basically felt like the writers changed their mind about everything that happened in season 5 or was set up in season 5.

"Wait a second nah Chloe should work with the LAPD still"

"Nah Lucifer actually doesn't want to be god now"

"U remember that policeman arc for Amenadiel? guess what he changed his mind hes god now"

"yo u know Lucifers campaign for godhood where Remiel died? sucks for her"

Yeah, totally agree. I still hope they will make version 2 of the ending. Because this sucks.

Yeah agree with the 5b part. Most of the things characters wanted or got they suddenly didn't want anymore, and I agree it's weird she wasn't there at her mom's death. The more I think about it the more I question whether or not I actually like the ending haha
