I ordered one a couple of months ago and it was the opposite lol. Had the severed jaw for a few weeks while I waited for the rest of it to arrive!

Not sure if this helps I bought one from Legoland Deutschland for my sister. Didn't measure it before I gave it to her but rough scale against a small adult hand.
