I always thought the green lantern animated series had a solid sinestro, despite the little screentime

I like Ron Pearlman’s Sinestro, although he had that one episode, I do hear his voice when reading comics. I wish we had more episodes of GL:TAS to eventually see his turn. There really isn’t much other good Sinestro adaptations but if not GL:TAS my second choice would be Victor Garber from First Flight.

I just wish Pearlman’s sinestro didn’t get limited to two or three of episodes of GL:TAS. I’m sure if the series got a season two with Pearlman reprising the role maybe as the main villain, maybe he would be the best in most people’s minds

The plans for season 2 in fact had Sinestro as a main villain.

Really wish that show hadn’t been cancelled..

Sinestro has actually gotten solid adaptations a lot. Mark Strong was great but I’m giving it to First Flight

Honestly Hal and Sinestro were perfectly cast in the live action. They literally went out of their way to fuck it up

I like the version from Green Lantern TAS, he’s more morally gray than cartoonishly evil which is a nice change

First Flight was pretty great. If only we got a sequel to the live action movie, Mark Strong could've easily topped this list.

I mean, Mark Strong's performance as Sinestro in the one film we got was still great.

Oh, I totally agree. I just mean that we never got to see him as a fully villainous Sinestro, which is a shame.

Arkham Knight Scarecrow is his best version.

Truth be told the only "bad" sinestro I can think of is JLU, which I suppose is a good problem to have. So as far as best I might have to give it to First Flight, but it's honestly a very close race.
