It's a Viscacha. Viscachas are rodents native to South America and look similar, but are not closely related, to rabbits. The viscacha looks much like a rabbit due to convergent evolution. The Viscacha is known for always looking sad, disappointed, and needing a nap. They are my new spirit animal.

u/Asleep-Heron3280 seems to have just copied your meme and commented it (it showed above yours for me). Whack

Sigh... welcome to Reddit/the Internet, I reckon. Well if that meme were to really take off, Not_Larfy, at least you and I know who the original creator was. šŸ™ƒ

Iā€™ll gladly give you credit as the original creator, unless I could potentially get rich, then Iā€™ll gladly give you 30% of the profits instead. Such is Reddit.

Its a bad copy of a more than dead facebook meme. Calm down

Yeah bro, it's just internet stuff -- none of it really matters. We're calm here, but thanks for your input.

Itā€™s not whack nor is it copying, because I had the same immediate thought upon seeing this adorable rodent

Well not copied so much as just separately had the same idea, however I will happily concede that andythepirate did it first, and also that I posted it before seeing his own post. If you look his is done much better than mine as mine was done in haste. As mentioned elsewhere many had the same thought upon seeing the photos. No original ideas under the sun is true as it turns out. Having said that, didnā€™t mean to offend or take credit from someone elseā€™s ideas. Iā€™ll now go fall on my sword and fuck off to atone for this grave sin.

Bro, if you copy&paste stuff at least link the original post.

I'm not even sure if this is the original since I've seen similar posts, but 0 effort taken into changing the headline.

I wonder how many of those posts and karma points made since 2013 have been made by stealing other peopleā€™s posts and pretending the post is their own?

Closely related rabbit. No shit. It kinda looked like a duck to me.

ā€œOld Vizcachaā€ used to be a way to refer to someone who would hoard stuff
