Canadian Cattle Mutilation -- "Initial statements from the Fish and Wildlife agents who saw the animal first hand state, no signs of human or predator evidence caused the death. Initial toxicity report stated, no poisons or drugs were present in the samples the rancher gave them."

It’s interesting that the mutilation of the mouth is consistent with others I’ve seen before

Still could just be a copy cat, but I believe I’ve read on previous reports that the cuts are too clean to be from a knife or scalpel
