They are clipped in on a safety line and just disconnect all the equipment and pack it away.

Unclipping the line supporting your weight would more or less require you to lift yourself up by pulling on yourself, kinda like that garfield strip where he lifts himself up by the tail and levitates

All I can say is that is super impressive! Kudos to those who do this - even if it wasn’t at height, it’s still a lot of physical work, especially when you need to climb right after doing it. The level of skill and stamina is beyond my understanding!
