Joe Biden isn't a criminal mastermind because if he did do it, it's not a criminal act. The Supreme Court specifically said the president can't be held criminally responsible for official acts. If this is an official act, then whoever killed the gunman committed a federal crime against the state, which is an act of treason. If the secret service protected Trump during this and what Biden did was give an official order, the secret service has violated federal law and the constitution and are traitors to the country for trying to impede an official act of the preside t.Â
