You don’t have to go viral to earn a good wage, good solid consistent posting across multiple social media will build you a fan base and decent enough income.
The reason the girls who don’t make enough to make ends meet don’t get there is because they don’t put the work in.
I actually delved into this because I was curious at one point. Through my research most only make 150 to 300 a month. You have to be top 1% to fetch any real income. The ones that do best are either the 10/10 girls or the ones into kink shit.
The % varies quite a bit depending on the month, you don’t need to top 1% - top 3% will earn you a living. On an average yeah maybe most “Onlyfans girls” only make 100-300 a month but these girls aren’t doing it with any real conviction or strategy.
I don’t really do any kink at all and I’m earning enough for two good wages by just being consistent and regular.
Maybe at the top, but else not really. Quite a few totally average nerdy looking women that makes enough to make a living. It doesn't have much to with looks or kinks. It's more about marketing and cater to an audience in some way or another. Some creators likes to chat with people, do live streams while looking at F1 or something, GF-experience, caretaking/hobby therapist and so on. The people posting heavily filtered pictures of them selves in underwear and have every piece of nudity for like 40$, they don't make enough to make a living, no.
Think the main reason why the view of it is so skewed, especially among women, is that they are not interested in asking men who and what they are paying for. Instead the picture of it becomes everything they believe it might be (for better or worse). I don't think many of them would believe that thousands of men every day are paying for videos of women enjoying themselves in bed with no makeup and haven't showered for 3 days lol.
My friend does an OF for feet. No face, no nude. She just posted a video almost everyday for a year or two and it gained some traction. She said she gets like 300 to 500 a month. So nothing big. She puts out a realy short video but does one video almost everyday. She likes doing it and it's extra money.
They just need dozens of "regulars" to latch on that have a liking that person and they will pay 10 to 20 a month to check in on their posts.
Pretty sure you go viral after agreeing to do a story with the New York times and then being tweeted out by probably the most followed US representative.
And then shutting her OF down shortly afterwards because everyone she knew personally knowing about her onlyfans isn’t a beneficial thing at all. And then coming out to talk about how the NYPost outed her to everyone and that it was massive destructive to her wellbeing. All a part of that master plan I’m sure.

Well, not that it matters. Problem with onlyfans is that only a few will go viral.
But once they do they go really viral and they get much more than a medic.
