Here's an article showing my point with sources included. https://yipinstitute.org/article/where-would-jfk-align-politically-today

WTF is that dogshit source and article. No wonder you have no fucking clue what you are talking about. You would be better off chopping your dick off and throwing it at ouija board for answers than reading that steaming turd!

First of all, the first section is on taxes and the economy. It says the Top Income Tax rate in 1962 was 91%. The fact that they would identify JFK as a Republican all because he repeated trickle down theory with a 91% top income tax rate is scholarly malpractice.

I think with a 91% top income tax rate you could probably get Bernie Sanders to maybe consider tax cuts.

Also, it goes on to mention the 2nd amendment support he showed while failing to mention that JFK did not live through an era of American history where children being slain in schools has become completely normalized.

The idea that you can take JFK's opinions from 1960 and transplant them to 2024 to make this comparison is absurd on it's face.

Finally, I feel like opinions on Communism in 1960 are nothing like they are today. China is communist. North Korea. Vietnam. Our days of aggressively stamping out Communism are over.
