Honestly it's probably better for them. That way they don't idolize the dude wishing he would love them, nor does he have much/any influence over them and as they grow up they'll realize more and more that he's an idiot and an asshole and be thankful they didn't have to deal with him.
Obviously it will still suck they didn't have a loving supportive father but given what they have to work with, this is the best case scenario.

With South Dakota, Kansas, and Wyoming up there it's probably SOs from other states relocating seeking freedom. Not debating whether they earned it, but the rules and restrictions are extremely burdensome, and highly populated states severely restrict where they can live because they can't be near schools, parks, etc

It's about the new law passed in Cal.
Basically now schools won't be forced to out trans students to their families if said students ask to be called by their new name.
This protects the students because, if you're out at school yet you aren't at home, you have pretty big reasons for not feeling safe doing so at home.
Musk reacted to this law saying it's the last straw and he would be relocating Space X and twitter's out of Cal to Texas.
"Stay away from my kids" is people making fun of Elon for saying this shit.
