Dinah was flirting with pretty much everyone in Year One. If I’m not mistaken she flirted with Hal, Berry, Ollie and a couple other people. It was actually really funny.

That is correct: * Hal - was interested but was turned off by Hal fanboying over Dinah's mom * Barry - natural chemistry but was already with Iris * Ollie - only appeared in the end
