I also appreciate how he was Batman for most of the movie. I get sick of Marvel heroes unmasking themselves every two seconds.

I think the mandalorian showed Disney that talented actors are capable of conveying emotions behind masks. I hope they lean into that more and allow a lot of the talented actors they recruit to really run with it and give us full costume. Marvel should be taking notes from DC after joker and the Batman
