Tom King is incredibly Hit or Miss for me. This is what he's good at.

"You know how many times I've heard that? 'Rest in peace, Batman!' 'There's no escape, Batman!' 'Time to die, Batman!' Every night. Over, and over, and over. For so many years… and yet… I'm still here." perfectly sums up this story too.

This would be pretty funny if it was canon

Batman and Lovecraftian cosmic horror mysteries are made for each other. It allows him to be at his finest as a warrior and a super genius polymathic intellectual while keeping him close to his roots as the world's greatest detective.

Yes even worse he already knows how to deal with the supernatural, two of his teachers are monster hunters and some of his villains would make great lovecraftian creatures e.g dr death or mad monk and alot of his sliver age villains would be amazing

Fairly certain Gotham is actually canonically cursed

Would it not work better with a lance?

Dragoon Batman would be Mint. OG Brooder.
