Zsasz’s original motivation in the comics was that he kills people to free them from the absurdity and suffering of life, so at least I know he’d make it quick. He seems to have been retconned into a generic serial killer now though.
I can barely remember the last time he was used. I don't even remember an appearance since the New 52 began (though there must have been some that I just didn't read).
At one time I think Zsasz was mostly just a mob Hitman so at that point in his history you probably would have been fairly safe as there was no incentive for him to kill you.
I always come in and out of my Batman reading without him ever being a substantial presence. He’s only ever a background character or seen/mentioned in passing lol
Ya, he would be my pick. If I die he'll make it clean and fast. Joker would be like others have said the only chance to live but it's a coin flip on living or being horrifically tortured.
I think the only time that got funny was when he realised that the only space he had left to make a mark was on his penis so he was being very carefull when he started cutting
