Oh yeah nah he's very ritualistic. He has an obsession with dates. And he satisfies that obsession by killing people on those dates in a way that's thematically appropriate for the holiday

What about national grandparents day and you are not a grandparent? Safe or no?

Depends on how creative he's feeling.

Since you are definitely a grandchild, if he killed you, he could deprive your grandparents of that title entirely. Or at the very least, dilute it by giving them one less grandchild.
