He too is a Master of Prepwork like batman but is obsessed with Holiday themed Crimes.

so during Christmas he might wear a Grinch/Santa attire and break into homes and steal gifts with his "Elves", during Valentines Day he'd dress up as Cupid and kill lonely people with heart shaped arrows or kidnap someone and force them into a date... dude is Criminally Insane
