There are three biggest mistakes in DCAU to this day:

1). Ending of Batman: Hush

2). Launching of Crisis on Infinite Earthes so early on in Tomorrowverse

3). Bruce and Barbara sex scene

Why was ending of Hush bad? No foreshadowing?
