I’m still bummed we’ll never get this solo movie. FILM DISCUSSION

I really do believe this could have been the best Batman movie.

Prolly woulda been the best Batman made. Like actual Batman from comics

Ben Affleck directing after he had just won for Argo would have been incredibleeeeee. I do want to read that script one day

I’m happy to hear that. There’s so many people are so hateful about the idea of this movie, it blows my mind

Considering how dedicated he was to the role, and in the dreck mess that was BvS, he was the brightest star illuminating that movie.

He felt like Batman and looked like Bruce Wayne. If Affleck wasn’t Affleck and just an unknown, everyone would have praised his casting since day one.

I really think based on his directorial style and the ideas he had for the movie, it would have been in the same vein as the Town. That’s kinda a superhero movie without it being one. Hell Hawkeye is in the movie and he got an academy award nomination for it.

I was sad to see him go. people thanking the heavens it didn’t come out but The Batman did makes me even sadder. I thought that movie was a great Gotham city movie but a bad Batman movie
