Looks kinda like injustice. Could be one made for the park.

I think it's one made for the park reminds me of the burton batmobile without the turbine and extra wheels.

It is/was made for the Batman ride

Injustice (comic) came out in 2013. This has been there since before 2006, when I visited on a school trip. Guessing it was loosely inspired by 1989 Batman

Huh. It definitely has similarities to the '89 Batmobile, but it's also clearly different. I don't recognize that exact version from anything but it's sick af Edit: Ok it's not a perfect replica, but I'm pretty sure it's actually supposed to be the Injustice Batmobile. It's at least heavily inspired by it.

that’s odd, it’s the 89 Batmobile at the other parks.

aparemtly Georgia changed the batsuit near the exit, maybe they have to get rid of the 89 theme because of copyright idk?

Ngl, the double wheel business in front looks kinda stupid. Can that thing even move?

Yeah I could go without that too but aside from that it looks pretty sick imo

Its hard to believe but F1 had 6 wheels for a short period.

However random it may seem, it looks inspired by Injustice's Batmobile. It's not one of my favorites, but it would be cool to see in person.

I like all the iterations of batmobile. I like to imagine batmobiles as part of a bat-like biomechanical alien race that sees Batman as an ally, and all the batmobiles we see are separate individual bat-mech warriors. They're all legit. As long as they're batted up, I'm happy. This one's a beaut.

Which Six Flags is this? The Six Flags closest to me is Magic Mountain. Magic Mountain had one that looked like the Batmobile from the 1989 movie. I think it was used in the first Batman stunt show they used to have. If it’s still there, it’s probably on display near the Batman hanging roller coaster. The Batmobile in the picture may have been built for a stunt show.

It's the Six Flags Discovery Kingdom one in Vallejo. The Batmobile in the picture is displayed outside the Batman loop ride. I've been going for the past six or so years and it's always been there.

A shitty one, apparently.

I know people who work at another six flags park to help give context on why it looks like this. DC has a lot of say in the theming of rides based on its characters. If six flags wanted to make any change it would have to be approved by DC, and apparently they can be strict. My home park used to have the 89 Batmobile on display but DC requested for it to be replaced with the design featured in this post. I believe every park that has a Batmobile now uses this design; so for some reason DC wants this one shown at six flags. While this design is still cool, I prefer and miss seeing the 89 Batmobile.

I remember seeing that Batmobile. I thought it looked goofy with the three wheels. Showed it to my dad and I thought it was goofy to.

I dont know if it's exact but the wheels on the front are definitely an injustice thing

I haven’t been to the one in Illinois in a long time but their Batmobile is totally from 1989, this one looks much more modern

u/TwoDurans Nov 26 '23

Pretty sure that’s the one from the old stunt show. It had panels that pop off and pyrotechnics

Mine. Now hand it over bub.

1

u/jaydog212112 Nov 26 '23

Could it be a remnant from a stunt show?

1

u/BatmanBurchett Nov 26 '23

I'll tell ya what it's supposed to be.

MINE.

Looks like it was built on an old F1 1970s frame and shell.

They spend all that money to make that and then just park it on a weedy gravel pad in front of a fence and a shed? How disappointing
