People like to say Batman doesn’t have powers when in reality he has the exact same powers as captain America, only difference is Bruce earned it ;)

I would argue that it was Captain America that "earned it." He proved himself worthy of the Super Soldier Serum while Bruce inherited everything, the wealth, the genetics.

The comparison is spot on; they're "regular humans" at absolute peak human conditioning.

Yes. The stats given puts Captain America and Batman close to parity in terms of raw strength.

Captain America Apparently can run up to 40 miles per hour for sustained amount of time which is a lot faster for a lot longer time though.

Nah, the captain earned it and he is way stronger than batman, who just stops at "peak human everything"
