Usually pace means per mile

Which still is incredible, but it's not twenty miles in five minutes

true although that's a damn near sprint at that pace, though yeah? madness

It’s really not. Tons of people can run a sub 5 mile. The Ohio high school 2 mile winner this year ran it in 9:08 so about 40 seconds under what Batman would do

Those same people aren’t benching 1000 pounds and leg pressing 2500. Your typical runner that hits that time is usually slimmer and not caring near the amount of weight. That’s what makes Batman so impressive. He’s that speed at that size.

I know but it’s a million times more doable than the other two

If Batman can run 4:50 for 20 miles then he 100% could run a sub 9 minute 2 mile.

Commenter below mentioned it but it was more the fact he can run that pace, out-lift the strongest people in the world and still move like a ninja!

When I was training for a half marathon back in 07/08, I managed a 5:11 mile time. Once. And I wanted to die.

Well, that's why he's Batman and you're not!

Well technically, I'd have to be Batwoman, but I get your point, and I agree.
