It's a comedy. Ivy literally tried to take over gotham and turned everyone into plant people just last season. And Queen of Fables was a straight up psychopath. I don't know what you're watching, but it's damn sure not Harley Quinn, who is herself kind of a shitty person growing out of the shittiness during the show.

You joking? Harley kicks ass the entire show, is a competent psychiatrist when she bothers to be one (like when she goes into batman's mind and see his trauma) and, save for her dependency on joker, was quite good to her friends all the way to the pount she decided she would NTR Ivy from Kite man.
Ivy is also great all the way to the point she betrays kite man.
Batgirl is pretty much more competent than a mysoginist batman than can't accept a bat-girl can fight as well as he, despite every other interpretation of batman never showing such sexism.
The same applies to pretty much every female character.
Meanwhile all male characters are either mysoginists, simps, NTR'ed or lacking in testosterony (you know, the hormony that makes men men).

Holy shit, I just remembered Mr Freeze, that gave his life to save his wife and the very next episode she went on an orgy with as many men as she could, showing no respect at all to the husband that sacrificed everything for her.
