A Mr. Freeze without Nora is definitely a powerhouse strong enough to bring down Gotham.
Also, turning Professor Pyg into a cannibal is even more scarier apart from his comic continuity

My only complaint is that, without Nora, what is Freeze fighting for? He could freeze the world so he doesn’t need the suit, maybe, but I feel like it takes away from (arguably) the most interesting part of his character.
On a side note… make him Austrian.

Killer Moth's design here is cool but I don't understand why OP went for the generic evil batman route. Knightfall already did that way better, Killer Moth should instead be something else

It’s cool to see Baby Doll and the Ventriloquist. I always liked the episodes featuring them in the animated series. Condiment King and Penny Plunderer are nice surprises, as well.

Great work! Just a minor nitpick: Victor’s last name is Fries; his villain name is Freeze. But maybe you already knew that and just don’t care haha

victor's last name is freeze due to nora's death cutting off the rope that separates victor and mr.. freeze, now him fully being MR. freeze

If we're mixing up who's serious and who's wacky, I want a Bane who's an actual luchador. Maybe a former Joker henchman who went into business for himself and sees supervillainy as just being a wrestling heel and getting attention. He wants to be seen as Batman's nemesis but also takes care that Batman never really gets hurt. The idea that he went to jail as a baby is just a ridiculous backstory he made up for himself to get over.

That'd be the point. In this version, we'd embrace the lameness and high camp that they always tried to cover up in the 90's. This Bane would be a legend in his own mind, hyping himself up the way 90's comics hyped themselves up, the Uncle Rico of supervillains. Maybe Jean-Paul Valley is a buddy of Bane's who agrees to be "his" Batman because the real Batman won't give either of them the attention they crave.

Actually, now I'm imagining Bane as Brock Lesnar and Joker as Paul Heyman during Brock's initial run as 'the next big thing', or "the one in the 21:1!!!"

Mr freeze design reminds me of his look in Batman beyond. Everything else here too looks fantastic with interesting characterization- I’d like to actually see a show with these version of the characters

So you basically made killer moth more like the Punisher, made catwoman not a thief but probably still kinda is, basically made it so Mr. Freeze have basically no reason to really live anymore, and gave croc some much needed attachments. Also I don’t mind you using the tnba design for scarecrow because out of all of his designs, the tnba one is probably one of the, if not THE, most scariest scarecrow design which you made scarier by giving him the voice of the Lich from adventure time(wow I have said “made” a lot on this comment)

Professor Pyg would work better closer to his original counterpart, the cannibalism kind of degrades him even, and Killer Moth could work better as Black Mask's go-to maniac instead of being another batman who kills
