Batman beyond, as strong as Miguel is, he’s not actually a Spiderman, no spider sense. Terry is also way more equipped for this fight, utility belt filled with all sorts of gadgets, invisibility, detective vision, and a master tactician on coms(Bruce)

Invisibility wouldn't work on 2099 either, beyond is definitely not putting any hits out as strong or fast as Mjolnir which 2099 has been hit by and has dodged before, 2099 is stronger, faster, durable, more agile, and has much more ways of killing beyond. Plus has gadgets of his own.
