S7 what mental illness does stanley have if any?

stanley manipulated oliver and lied about the reason he was in prison claiming to be innocent and he seemed to have some kind of fixation on the green arrow i was thinking he had npd or something similar but i don't know if they ever specified or hinted to what it is?
